The staff were friendly and welcoming, making an effort to accommodate us during the busy New Year period. the breakfast was tasty, with a good range of options and served hot. the location of the hotel was great, situated only a short distance from popular attractions and easily accessible by car or public transport.
The room was not as advertised. the temperature was incredibly cold, and we struggled to get the heating working.

The room was cozy and there was a bathroom with a spacious shower. The coffee provided was fresh and the breakfast had a hearty quantity of food offered. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants just a short drive away.
The decorations were sparse and underwhelming, and there was no festive vibe to get into the holiday spirit. the staff seemed short-staffed and overworked, which led to long waiting times for service and a lack of attention to detail.
